Toddler Time for Two Program
Registration Fee $100
Children must be 2 years old by 12/31/2012 and accompanied by an adult.
Program is currently 3 days a week: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, 9-11am

Pre-School Programs
Children must be 3 years old by 12/31/2012.
5 full days: Monday-Friday, 8:15-2:20 p.m.
3 full days a week: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, 8:15-2:20 p.m.
3 or 5 half days a week: 8:15-11:30 a.m.

Pre-Kindergarten Programs
Children must be 4 years old by 12/31/2012 (born in 2008).
St. Francis of Assisi Pre-K Program
5 full days a week: Monday-Friday, 8:15-2:35 p.m.
REGISTRATION FOR ST. FRANCIS OF ASSISI FULL DAY PRE-K PROGRAMS, WHICH INCLUDES UPK
AND REQUIRES A REGISTRATION FEE, WILL BE TAKEN ON THE DATES ABOVE.
Free Universal Pre-K AM Sessions Available
5 days a week - 2 1/2 hours per day
REGISTRATION FOR UPK ONLY WILL BE HELD IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE NYC DEPT. OF EDUCATION
AND BEGAN ON MONDAY, MARCH 5TH.

Kindergarten

5 full days a week: 8-2:35pm
Grade 1 thru Grade 8
5 full days a week: 8-2:35pm
Extended School Day Program from 2:30-6pm
Early Drop Off Program at 7:30am

REGISTRATION FEE REQUIRED
A non-refundable registration fee of $250.00 is required for each child.
This registration fee includes application processing,
Home & School annual dues, student insurance, and technology expenses.
This fee is payable by check or money order to St. Francis of Assisi School.
Cash cannot be accepted.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
Necessary documents include:
Birth certificate, baptismal certificate, and immunization record.
A copy of the current report card, a copy of your child's June 2011 report card,
standardized test results, and New York State test scores.
UNIVERSAL PRE-K REQUIRES 2 PROOF OF RESIDENCE DOCUMENTATION
