Dear Families: Monday, February 6th in the afternoon from 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 7th in the morning from 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, February 8th in the afternoon from 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. Thursday, February 9th in the morning from 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
These dates are for present SFA families who would like to register a new student for September 2012 and also for the SFA Full Day Pre-K, which includes the 5 day, 2 ½ hours free UPK Program. Registration for the UPK Program only will be held in accordance with the NYC Dept. of Education. No date has been set yet, but it is usually the first week in March. Re-Registration Forms for current students will be sent home on March 5th and must be returned to the school office by March 26th. |

CONGRATULATIONS TO: -The winners of the Christmas Raffles: Sara Gray, Crafts for Girls; Helen D (K-102) American Girl Doll; Gianna F (PK-109) Movie Tickets; Mr. Martin Hale, Board Games; Evan A (5-208) won the 50/50 worth $128, and Alicia Stefano won the I Pad 2. -Isabela F, Gr. 7, winner of a “Monkey Lamp”for the “Early Bird” raffle for the candy sale -Mark N from Gr. 7, Winner of the Junior High Math Bee, Lucas P from Gr. 8, First Runner-Up, and all of the participants for a job well done.
-Profit from the Christmas Boutique was $1,009, Christmas Raffle Tickets was $879, and Christmas Show Videos was $757 -Our School Nurse, Sr. Maureen would like you to know that when your child has a fever, he/she must be fever free for 24 hours before returning to school. -Our school is registered with the A+ School Rewards Program with Stop and Shop. To help support our school, every time you shop at Stop&Shop and use your Stop&Shop card, our school will earn A+School Rewards. This money can be used to purchase many things for our school. -When you make a purchase on www.shop.com/sfaschool, SFA receives royalties and you earn up to 35% cash back on qualified purchases. Register as a Preferred Customer when you sign on. -Keep sending in those Box Tops and Campbell’s Soup Labels, they too are a big help -In the morning, all children must enter school from the rear door not the front door unless they are late. When the weather is really bad and the schoolyard cannot be used, the gate will be locked and the front door entrance should be used. School closings are announced on our website and NY Channel 1 News. -Remember to drop off your tuition payment at the rectory not the school Ms. Stefano, Faculty, and Staff |
