We are happy to report that our 3rd Annual Walkathon raised a total of $4080.00. Thanks to all that participated! On Thursday, May 31, 2012, right after lunchtime, the students and faculty of St. Francis of Assisi School will be participating in our 4th Annual Walkathon. The students in grades Toddler Time and Pre-School will walk in the schoolyard. Students in grades Pre-K through 8 will walk the few blocks within the vicinity of our school and church. All students who participate will receive an SFA Walkathon T-Shirt to be worn on the day of the event. Healthy drinks and snacks will also be provided. The Walkathon will conclude with an assembly focused on health, well being and fitness. Guest speakers will include local health practitioners.
