Being prepared for art is included in students grade for art.
Grades 1-8 are required to bring the following supplies to art class each week:
o $3.00 art paper fee in an envelope with your child’s name and grade on it
o 2 or more sharpened pencils, no mechanical pencils
o erasers
o scissors (not pointed)
o crayons (small set of 8) CLASSIC COLORS ONLY
o a small set of Crayola watercolor paint (no tubes or jars)
o 1 large glue stick a small set of markers (these must say washable)
o a smock for painting (old long sleeve shirt)
o 2 small packages of wipes
o a small backpack to store art supplies when going up and down the stairs to art
No permanent markers, they will be taken away and not returned.
Should students come to class without any of the art supplies, they will be graded “not prepared for art”. |
