5th Grade Supplies

You should be prepared at all times for all subjects.  Please make sure that supplies are renewed as needed.  The following items are not permitted: Wite-Out or Liquid Paper, pens of any color besides black, blue or red.

• Full-size backpack
• 6 single subject marble notebooks for Ms. Mistretta ( English grammar & Writing, Reading & Vocabulary, writing journal, Science, Social Studies, & Religion)
• 3 folders (take home folder, class work folder and test folder)
• student dictionary and thesaurus suitable for use in class when needed
• One package of 3x5 index cards and file box to store them in
• One package of wide-ruled loose leaf (no binders)
• Daily assignments msut be written in the student planner which is to be purchased at school ($7)
• A pencil case to keep your supplies
• Pens, blue or black ink
• Red pen to correct work
• Sharpened #2 pencils
• Art supplies: ruler, scissor, markers, crayons (no more than 24 crayons)
• Clear contact paper to cover each soft cover workbook, which will be done at home
• Two boxes of tissues and one container or refill pack of wipes

Supplies for 5th Grade Math

For your supplies in Math, Mrs. Cavera would like you to purchase:

- one marble notebook 

- several sharpened pencils with good erasers

- a red pen

- one highlighter

- a pencil case to hold your pencils, red pen, & highlighter
