Second Grade Charter
 

We the students of the Second Grade

 St. Francis of Assisi School in Astoria, New York

agree that we would like our classroom to be a place where we feel:

happy, proud, super, special, strong, healthy,

brave, smart, safe, peaceful, calm and loved.

In order to feel that way we promised that:

When someone is hurt…say sorry!

When we are working… be quiet!

When someone is sad…cheer them up!

When someone needs help…help them!

When someone is talking…listen to them!

and

When you need someone to move…say excuse me!

When things don’t go quite right we promise to:

Talk and not fight.

Use our words in a good way.

Help each other by being nice.

And always remember; God loves us all.
