Principal's Remarks

Thank you for joining us this A.M.  Catholic Schools Week is the time set aside each year to recognize what makes Catholic Education special.  The most meaningful way to begin this week is with Holy Mass when our parish gathers together to celebrate the Eucharist.  Our younger students led the entrance procession carrying symbols of our Schools' Student Learning Expectations:
         1. being a faith-filled person - represented by a cross
         2. being a responsible citizen - signified by an American flag
         3. being academically prepared - represented by a globe

For 57 years, SFA has provided a value-driven education for the youth of the area.  SFA is a place where children can learn, laugh, and play as a family community.  We take pride in our present students as well as in our alumni who are living tributes to the high quality of Catholic education they received at SFA.

It is my pleasure to ask our pastor, Msgr. Maresca, to introduce our distinguished graduate who continues to "light the way".
